Clancy is usually with the evil general, and is now, his captain, due to the evil general killing his other captain. It is unknown what Clancy was in rank before the other captain was shot, but, he could have been a helper to the evil general. However, Clancy soon changes from being a Captain to being a calculator operator, by orders of the evil general. Clancy seems bored when he speaks, he usually sighs, and clears his throat, and really doesn’t show much expression unless he asks a curious question. He also gets shot at by his general, though, he isn’t hit in an area that can kill him, but he always comes back and acts like he didn’t care that he got shot from his leader.

The voice of Clancy is Stanley, from He Said She Said.
