Sipe is a scientist. He was on the Dog Queen’s side, but, for an exchange, he went with the evil general to help him create a device to control the crazy nutcrackers. After episode 4, when the evil general flees, Sipe follows and is soon given the task to construct an air ship for the Evil General.

He is an odd scientist, with barely much social skills. However, he is very smart when it comes to creating devices, which is why in the end, the Evil General appoints him to create new weapons for his army.

He is voiced by Matt Ayer.
